Office Manager

Who are you?

As an organizational talent, you provide both administrative and organizational support to the organization. With your talent for coordinating, structuring and organizing, you feel like a fish in water as an Office Manager.
In addition, as a host / hostess you offer support, you receive the customers, you guarantee the (quality of) work processes and you are the spider in the web of our organization. What a varied function!

Below a selection of your skills and activities;

• You can keep a good overview like no other;
• You have enough spirit and flair to chase your (sometimes stubborn) colleagues;
• Together with your colleague, you provide good secretarial support for the partners and managers, consisting of assessing incoming and outgoing communication (in accordance with office standards and archiving documents according to office guidelines), appointment management and lunch appointments;
• You take care of contracting suppliers and guarantee the agreements;
• You create the best deals through smart purchasing and requesting quotes;
• You are proactive and organize office events such as drinks, team outings and similar matters;
• You write easily and take care of social media expressions and website management;
• You support HR where possible;
• You speak to the relations by telephone in a neat manner and ensure that they reach the right employees through the available ICT facilities and work processes;
• And… you ensure that the working environment is hospitable and tidy.

What do we ask?

• You have at least MBO level 3 (knowledge or experience);
• You are available at least 28 hours a week;
• You are communicative and socially skilled and hospitable;
• You are confident, have an eye for detail and adopt a critical attitude where necessary;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English language and speaking skills;
• And, last but not least, you live in the Netherlands.
